Root cause: As mentioned in this article, this issue occurs as Microsoft has released an update to Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 to support SHA256 only driver signing. As suggested in the article please perform windows update or install Windows KBs 4474419 and 4490628
Solution: update Windows latest patch or min KB 4474419 and 4490628
